A Little Night of Music

An intimate concert on the stage of the Grand Ole Opry House.

PENCIL's signature fundraising event, A Little Night of Music, is a unique collaboration with Creative Artists Agency that builds a bridge between the music industry and support for public education in Nashville. Guests enjoy cocktails, dinner and a silent auction before joining the artists, curated by CAA, ON THE STAGE of the world famous Grand Ole Opry House for a very special concert. In 15 years, this intimate event has raised more than $1.7 million for PENCIL and the work we do for Metro Nashville Public School students.

PENCIL celebrated its 15th Anniversary A Little Night of Music on April 17, 2019. We were stunned by the amazing performances of Lauren Jenkins and Tim McGraw; grateful to our presenting sponsor, Creative Artists Agency; and delighted to share the special evening with each of our generous sponsors, supporters, and guests.

The 2019 A Little Night of Music was a record-breaking success - we raised more than $250,000 in support of the students, teachers and families of Metro Nashville Public Schools.
